(ETA: At your flight time, advised) in ‘Kochi’ (Old name Cochin) you will be met by our representative and transferred to your Hotel for check-in.

O/N: KOCHI HOTEL

9am. We begin your morning with a heritage walking tour of Old Fort area. Here we witness how local fisherman use Chinese Fishing Nets and visit inside Santa Cruz Basilica dating back to 1506. Along the coast, we pass through local fish markets and spice trading bazaars.

12am. We take you to a local residence for an ethnic South Indian Cooking Class (incl. preparation by you) followed by Lunch on-spot.

2pm. Our sightseeing continues as we visit inside Dutch Palace and the famed Jew Town area to explore its Jewish Synagogue known as oldest active synagogue in the commonwealth of nations today.

6pm. We take you for an entertaining evening of live Kathakali dances of South India.

7pm. To taste the best fish/mutton curry in-town, we take you to History Restaurant located in ‘Brunton Boatyard Hotel’. Here we try local specialty ‘First Class Mutton Curry’ for authentic Dinner.

Later we return to Hotel.

9am. You will be picked up from your hotel & driven to ‘Munnar’ and Check in at Hotel.

Rest of the day free to relax or do your own activities.

O/N: MUNNAR HOTEL

9am. After breakfast we take you to local Tea Factory & Tea Plantations. Here we interact with local tea pickers, learn the importance of tea grown in the region and also do Tea Tasting!

12pm. We take you to Eravikulam National Park for Soft Trekking and encounter the main attraction of this park Nilgiri Tahr – A rare species of mountain goats.

Later we return to Hotel.

O/N: MUNNAR HOTEL

8am. you will be picked up from your Hotel & driven to ‘Periyar’ and Check in at Hotel.

2.30pm. you will be taken for boat-ride (on sharing basis) inside Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary to sight some of the rare flora and fauna of South India.

6pm. For a unique South Indian Dinner experience, we take you to a local Bamboo Café Restaurant (as the name suggests this is locally themed place made with bamboos all over) or we take you to an English styled manor hotel Ambadi to try its Ambadi Restaurant. Both places serve finest local curry meals.

Later we return to Hotel.

O/N: PERIYAR HOTEL

8am. You will be driven to Alleppey enroute visit Spice Plantation of Periyar. After tour continue drive to Alleppey Jetty Point to aboard the traditional Kettuvallam houseboats of Kerala.

Rest day at leisure. Enjoy Lunch & Dinner onboard.

O/N: TRADITIONAL HOUSEBOAT

10am. After breakfast and checkout you will be picked-up and driven to Trivandrum pronounced as the ‘Evergreen City of India’ by Mahatma Gandhi. Upon arrival we head to Kovalam Beach and check-in at Hotel.

Rest day at leisure by the beachside. We suggest enjoy local Dinner options at beach (on-own).

O/N: BEACH RESORT IN KOVALAM

9am. We begin morning tour as we visit inside 1880 British built Napier Museum and Sree Chitra Art Gallery housing over 1100 ancient works from Rajput and Mughal dynasty.

12pm. For a unique Lunch experience, we take you to Indian Coffee House built as a brick lighthouse in the center of the city. Specialty here is Coffee and local snacks.

Later we return to your Hotel for day at leisure by the beachside. We suggest enjoy local Dinner options at beach (on-own).
