At 0800 HRS. After breakfast proceed for full day Sightseeing of Cochin - Heritage Walk at Fort Cochin visit St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Chinese Fishing Nets and later proceed to Mattancherry to visit Dutch Palace, Jew Town and explore its Jewish Synagogue and local bazaar.

Afternoon free to relax.

At 0800 HRS. After breakfast, drive to Munnar which is one of the most popular hill stations in India located 5000 ft above sea level and situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala.

En route: Enjoy ethnic South Indian Cooking Class followed by Lunch and farm tour at local Mundakkal Estate.

And later drive to Munnar. On the way visit Cinamon garden to see varieties of spices growing in the area like black pepper, cloves, cardamom, vanilla, ginger, coffee, Tea etc.

Later we return to Hotel.

At 0800 HRS, After breakfast go for a full day visit of Munnar. Visit the following.

Rajamalai Wildlife Sanctuary: One can see endangered species Nilgiri Tahr here..(a kind of rare mountain goats).

Tea Factory & Museum: Belongs to Tata Compnay. Here they demonstrate the different stages of Tea Processing and showcase the exhibits of Munnar from its discovery till today.

Srushti: It’s a Tata Tea's owned and operated welfare centre. It runs three projects that aim to equip disabled children to secure a better future: Development Activities in Rehabilitation (Dare), a centre for special education; Aranaya, a natural dye project; and Athulya, which manufactures handmade paper and paper products.

Later we return to Hotel.

Overnight at Munnar

0700-0800 HRS, Breakfast at Hotel.

At 0800 HRS, After breakfast drive from Munnar to Madurai which is one of the oldest cities of southern India. Madurai is built around the Meenakshi Amman Temple, which acted as the geographic and ritual center of the ancient city of Madurai.

In Evening: We witness Arati ceremony at Shree Meenakshi Temple.

At 0800 HRS, After breakfast at the hotel proceed for Madurai sightseeing. The main architectural attraction here is the Meenakshi Temple, an excellent example of Dravidian architecture, with multi pillared halls, covered from top to bottom, in a profusion of multicolored images of gods & goddesses.

1200HRS. We visit Thirumalai Nayak Palace, Mahatma Gandhi Menmorial, Art Museum.

Later we return to Hotel.

At 0800 HRS, After breakfast drive from Madurai to Thekkedy.

1200Hrs. Enjoy Lunch at your Hotel.

Afternoon tour through the Spice plantations to see varieties of spice growing in that area, like the Black Pepper, Cloves, Cardamom, Vanilla Ginger, Coffee, Tea etc.

Next we do Local Motor Boat ride in Periyar wildlife Sanctuary, one of India’s first project Tiger Reserves ad an excellent place to view elephants and many other animals.

At 0800 HRS, after breakfast, drive from Thekkedy to Ambika Market . We Take Local Tuk Tuk to Philipkutty Farm (Kumarakom).

In Afternoon: Enjoy traditional South Indian Cooking Class with Lunch at Philipkutty Farm. Philipkutty’s farm is a working plantation, which practices sustainable organic methods of farming, is two metres below the lake level and has coconut, toddy, nutmeg, banana, coco and pepper cultivation etc .

Later transfer to hotel in Kumarakom in an Exclusive Motor Boat.

Houseboats are the modern forms of Kettuvallams or Rice boats which used as ferries to carry rice. Cruising through the narrow canals of Vembanad Lake, past paddy fields and villages enjoying the silence of the backwaters and have a glimpse of the life style of the people on the backwater region.

Cruise starts from Pallathuruthy, proceed to Kanjipaddam and reach Thakazhi for the overnight stay.

The society is partly driving and walking through the Gujarati quarter, the canal banks and an old wholesale market with a member of society. Here you can also have an opportunity to enjoy an authentic Kerala meal here. and opportunity to visit a home, meet with Alleppey residents and to learn about each others lives drive to Cochin.

At 1900HRS. After tour we drive to Cochin airport to connect onwards flight.
