A respected doyen of Indian tourism, Badri Bajaj began his distinguished career with American Express before founding Perfect Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. in 1981. As former President of the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO) and an esteemed member of several national and international travel bodies, he played a defining role in positioning India on the global tourism map. A multiple-time recipient of the National Tourism Award for outstanding contribution to foreign exchange earnings and a proud recipient of the IATO Hall of Fame Award, his legacy remains a benchmark of integrity, leadership, and excellence in Indian tourism.

Alongside him, Mrs. Uma Bajaj, was the pillar & torchbearer of organization, nurturing the company from its inception with grace, dedication & heartfelt warmth. Her innate kindness and unwavering care fostered a family-like culture within the team and deeply personalized attention for every client. With philanthropy rooted in her spirit, she shaped a lasting legacy of compassion, unity, and sincere commitment to excellence

Perfect Travels flourishes under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Raj Bajaj, Chairman & Managing Director, whose vision seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. With deep expertise in inbound tourism, he has mastered the art of crafting all-inclusive, culturally immersive journeys across the Indian subcontinent.

With over four decades of experience, Mr. Raj Bajaj has steered the Group to new heights through strategic marketing, innovative growth initiatives, and pioneering concepts such as Tourism with Charity and Accessible Tourism. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he brings a distinctive passion for railway technology, personally overseeing luxury train operations to ensure engineering precision and service excellence. As Convener of the Railway Committee of IATO, he contributes valuable technical insight and industry guidance in shaping exceptional luxury train experiences in collaboration with key stakeholders and state corporations.

Mrs. Rani Bajaj, Director – Finance & Logistics and a Delhi University graduate, has strengthened the Group’s tourism and hospitality ventures with her commitment to “Atithi Devo Bhava.” She had advanced the Indian Homestay concept & introduced New dimension of women-focused Ayurveda and Yoga tours, reflecting a legacy of ethical, sustainable, and service-driven leadership.

Managing Director - Perfect Travels (2019-till now)

Mr. Aditya Bajaj, Managing Director, represents the third generation of leadership, carrying forward a distinguished legacy in Indian tourism with global vision and strategic foresight. B.Sc. graduate from Brunel University of London and MBA in International Marketing from Cardiff University, U.K., he brings strong analytical expertise and international business acumen to the organization.

With a progressive outlook and overseas exposure, he is spearheading global brand positioning, digital transformation, and technology-led growth. Blending heritage values with modern business practices, he is driving innovation, strategic modernization, and contemporary marketing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and global outreach.
